Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
To cancel an order, email hanumanfabriics@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order reference number and the reason for cancellation. Cancellation requests are accepted only before the order has been dispatched.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may refuse the delivery when it arrives, or accept the delivery and follow our Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the delivery address or pin code is not serviceable, the order details are incomplete or incorrect, or we are unable to reach you for confirmation. You will be informed by email if this happens.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Since all orders are Cash on Delivery, no advance payment is taken, so a cancelled order simply means no payment is collected. If any amount was paid in a special case, it will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
