Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation with a unique reference number. We process orders after placement, and dispatch them once the items are confirmed, quality-checked and packed. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster; remote or rural pin codes may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charge is shown clearly on the order page before you confirm your order. There are no hidden charges.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address, landmark and pin code are complete and correct before placing the order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery at the address provided. If you are unavailable, they may re-attempt delivery or contact you. If delivery cannot be completed after the attempts, the order may be returned to us.
